Terms and Conditions
- Extra charges to the fixed membership rate will apply to additional children, teenagers and/or nannies.
- All discounts affiliated with the membership cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, cabana rentals and regular day passes.
- Complimentary vouchers for Pool & Beach access are entitled to be redeemed on weekdays only.
- All bills must be paid by the primary members only.
- Upon arrival, all the guests have to approach the hostess desk to present their membership card & Emirates ID.
- The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Spa & Wellbeing memberships are only available as an add-on benefit to a valid P&B Membership and cannot be purchased independently.
- Membership can be frozen for 30 consecutive days only.
- Once membership has been frozen, guests must return all old cards to receive the new cards with the new expiration date.
- Additional charges are applicable for any lost membership cards.
- Banyan Tree Dubai reserves the right to amend or modify the inclusions at any time without prior notice.
