Guarantee Policy
Guarantee to Credit Card. The original credit card used for the booking must be presented at check-in for verification.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and no changes are allowed. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total room cost at the time of reservation.
Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax of 1,000 JPY per person per night will be applied, subject to change without notice. This tax is to be paid by guests directly at the hotel.

Children Policy
- Infants and toddlers aged four or younger, accompanied by an adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
- Children 11 years old or younger, accompanied by an adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices, except for the kids’ menu.
- Children 12 years old or older are considered adults.
