Prior to traveling to the Maldives, please take note of the following information: - To ensure the safety of all, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has made it a mandatory requirement for all tourists arriving in the Maldives to present a health document in English that confirms the tourist has a PCR test for COVID-19 with a negative result. The said PCR test has to be conducted within a maximum of 96 hours before departure to the Maldives. - The PCR test result document should clearly show the name and address of the laboratory, the result, date of testing, and bear the name and signature of issuing officer. - Persons who have a history of contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days and/or persons who have fever or respiratory symptoms such as cough, sore throat, shortness of breath within the past 14 days should not travel to the Maldives. - All arriving passengers should complete the online Health Declaration Forms (HDF) before arrival (but not exceeding 24 hours before arrival time). The HDF is available from Maldives During your vacation, we would appreciate your cooperation in following four simple measures: - Practice hand and respiratory hygiene. - Maintain social distancing. - Wear personal protective equipment when necessary. - Allow your temperature to be checked every day. We closely monitor all public health recommendations and guidelines. Apart from the measures mentioned above, you may notice the following measures practiced at the resort. - Cleaning and disinfecting high touch areas regularly. - Hand sanitizer made available throughout the resort. Information on PCR Test Arrangements

With various airlines and destinations requiring travelers to provide negative PCR Test Results, we will conduct PCR tests in the resort for you to obtain the results before departure. PCR Test costs: USD 70 nett per person (inclusive of all taxes) Further information: - PCR tests should be carried out two days (48 hours) before departure or as required by the airline or destination. - The Resort Hosts will be in touch with you regarding the appointment. - The resort doctor will facilitate PCR sample collection. - Samples taken at the resort will be sealed according to the Health Protection Agency’s standards and securely transported to the hospital to obtain the results. The hospital will email the reports to the resorts and will be delivered to the guest within the next 24 hours. - If the PCR test results are positive, the resort will brief the guest on the next procedure following the Health Protection Agency’s recommendation. - The above cost applies to both adults and children. - The resort reserves the right to adjust the prices without prior notice.
