Terms & Conditions
- Guests may choose any participating Banyan Tree or Angsana property for redemption of their credit and must book using the Best Available Rate or any published promotional rate available at the redeeming hotel, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of such rate or promotion.
- Reservations must be made directly with the hotel or through the official hotel website. Reservations made through third-party channels or online travel agencies (OTAs) will not qualify for credit redemption.
- All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. The Best Available Rate in effect at the time of reservation will apply.
- The redemption credit may be applied toward a future stay at any participating Banyan Tree or Angsana property within one (1) year from the wedding date.
- Guests may also choose to redeem the credit at the same property where the wedding celebration took place, within one (1) year from the wedding date.
- The promotion is calculated based on eligible hotel-generated revenue only, including guestrooms, food & beverage, spa services, venue rental, and other services provided directly by the hotel.
- Third-party vendor and supplier charges, including but not limited to floral arrangements, décor, entertainment, transportation, photography, and external services, are excluded from the revenue calculation.
- The redemption credit may be applied toward the guest’s final hotel bill at the redeeming property.
- The earned credit value will equal two percent (2%) of the eligible net revenue generated from the wedding master account, excluding taxes and service charges.
- The credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
