AT THE TABLE

As a one-of-a-kind hotel for lovers of life, nature and experiences, everything here is designed to give you time to rest,

move, make, share and dance. All so you can reconnect with what you love.

Afternoon Tea

As the afternoon light moves through the fort’s Atrium, Tea Between The Tides infuses this old-world afternoon tradition with the flavors of Boka Bay. You can choose between a Classic Version or Champagne Edition, the latter accompanied by two glasses of gold.

Awaiting you is a savory selection of smoked salmon brioche, caramelized onion and ricotta quiche, and rosemary focaccia with olive tapenade. Sweets move through citrus, honey, chocolate and seasonal fruit, including an almond financier and mini lemon tart. This is one of those afternoons best approached slowly, with nowhere particular to be afterwards.

Reservations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Mountain Soul Cooking Class

Mountain Soul presents a portrait of Montenegrin culture: hearty, rich, and deeply tied to the table. The class tells of the traditions behind Kačamak, a porridge-like dish (served either savory or sweet) that is one of Montenegro’s most-enduring countryside staples. Chef Marija will guide you through its preparation, just as she learned it beside her grandmother’s stove.

Stone-ground cornmeal, local cheeses, kajmak, mountain butter and seasonal produce sourced from regional suppliers form the foundation of the meal, accompanied by stories of village life and summers spent in the northern hills. Once complete, the Kačamak is served family-style with traditional accompaniments.

Reservations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Mixology Masters

As the afternoon’s light shifts across the fort’s sides, step behind the bar for a hands-on exploration of our island’s signature cocktails. Guided by our bartenders, the class moves through mixing, balance and tasting, carried by Adriatic ingredients, local spirits and free-flowing table talk.

Each guest will prepare and enjoy a selection of cocktails during the class, with all ingredients and equipment provided. Arranged for two or larger private gatherings, the pace remains relaxed - somewhere between a late-lunch pour and an early aperitivo.

Reservations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and remain subject to availability.

Dinner at Love nest

Resting at the edge of the world, the Love Nest is the most romantic place to be for a candlelit dinner for two. In a setting suspended between sea and stars, a private table is framed by flickering light, open water and Adriatic tides. Only one couple is hosted each evening, creating a unique sense of island privacy.

Guests may choose one of three menus created by Chef Marija - Adriatic, Vegetarian, Rustic - or combine dishes across each selection. Menus are paired with thoughtful wine choices for those wishing to explore the sommelier experience.

Reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
