Rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) on a per room per night basis.

Rates are subject to 15% VAT and to 10% Service Charge, 1.00 EUR of Prevailing City Tax per person per night and 0.50 EUR insurance per person per night.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am.

Early check-in and late check-out are subjected to availability.

Late check-out from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day; after 6:00 pm will be charged 100%.

Extra person charge with breakfast is 150.00 EUR per person per night with inclusive of 15% VAT and subject 10% Service Charge, subject to 1.00 EUR of Prevailing City Tax per person per night and subject to 0.50 EUR insurance per person per night.

Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.

Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
Cancellation Policy
From July 01, 2026 to August 31, 2026:
- 50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% deposit 30 days before arrival. First 50% deposit is refundable subject to cancellation policy.
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
From September 01, 2026 to Jun 30, 2027:
- 1 Night deposit upon confirmation and the remained nights to be charged 14 days before arrival. 1N deposit is refundable subject to cancellation policy.
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
- In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be charged.
- In the event of a no show the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable.
