General Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per villa per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8.7% Government Tax.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking as per our cancellation policies. Additionally, scanned passport details of the card holder are required. Third person credit card details are not permitted to guarantee bookings.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 7,500 per person per night, inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
- No pets are allowed.
Guarantee Policy
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in.
- Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process is not included in the "Payment Details" and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
- Reservation requires full prepayment.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years old with accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
- Children aged 4 to 12 years, with accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
Other Information
- Airport transfer is available at THB 2,700 nett per vehicle per way for a Luxury Van with a maximum of 5 passengers. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
- Due to the unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Samui, our resort is not recommended for families with children below 12 years of age. Permitting children to stay in the villas will be at the discretion of parents who must fill out a Liability Disclaimer Form provided by the resort.
- Banyan Tree Samui is not a participating hotel in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme. Guests are not entitled to earn points, use points, benefit from advantages or take advantage of the members’ rate.
- Starting 1 May, 2025; all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the mandatory Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online at least three days before arrival.
