Peak season: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.

Low season: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.

Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or No-Show

Children Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 5 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot with our compliments (applicable to infant below 4 years old). Baby cot is subject to availability
- Children 6 to 11 years, can share the existing bedding with their parents, Maximum 1 child per room, with an additional charge of US$ 17.50++ per night including breakfast
- Extra child selected during the booking process is not included in the room rate and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort
- Extra adult during the booking process is included in the room rate
