Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge and 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax) and an Environmental Tax per person which are subject to change according to local legislature.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Guarantee to Credit Card. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person charge without breakfast is USD 100 per person per night, subject to 15% Service Charge, 5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax and an Environmental Tax per night which are subject to change according to local legislature.

- Guarantee to Credit Card. The original credit card used during booking must be presented during check-in for verification.
- From January 02 2025 to May 03 2025: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From May 04 2025 to December 17, 2025: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From December 18, 2025 to January 03, 2026: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From January 04 2026 to April 12, 2026: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From April 13 2026 to December 16, 2026: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
- From December 17, 2026 to January 02, 2027: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
