Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake

Huangluo Chan Temple

Huangluo Temple is situated at the northern tip of Meirenzui Peninsula, Nianbang Village, Yangchenghu Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City. Surrounded by water on three sides, it borders Yangcheng Lake to the east, and the Guanjing River flows behind the temple. It is the only northern-style imperial temple in the Yangtze River Delta region, reputed as the "Mini Forbidden City of Suzhou". Covering an area of about 100 mu with a construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters, the temple features red walls and yellow glazed tiles, along with a five-section central axis layout. It embodies the solemn imperial aura of northern China and the exquisite charm of southern water towns, serving as an important Buddhist sacred site and cultural landmark in Suzhou.

Nestled by Yangcheng Lake in Xiaojing Village, Suzhou, this cultural and creative park was rebuilt from the 1971 Xiaojing Granary. Covering 9378㎡ with 4893㎡ construction area, it retains original granary structures. Integrating farming culture, intangible heritage, art creation and lakeside leisure, it revitalizes the old granary with ingenuity.
