• Scope of use for the Banyan Tree Gallery no-minimum-spend voucher:

  ·In-store use only, at original price, not applicable to online products. ·The voucher must be used in full in a single transaction. It is non-changeable (no change given), non-splittable, and non-redeemable for cash. It is for the sole use of the recipient, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers (e.g., discounts, threshold discounts, coupons, etc.).

  ·If not used during the stay, the voucher will automatically become void, with no extension, no reissuance, and no refund.

• Rates are quoted in China Yuan Renminbi (CNY) per room per night.
• Check in time is 15:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours.
• Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability.
• Breakfast is CNY 216 Net per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date: free cancellation with no fees.
• Cancellation requests made between 7 and 15 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy for Holidays and Special Periods

• Statutory holidays: National Day holiday, Chinese New Year, Labor Day holiday. Fixed special periods: Summer season (July 15 – August 20), Ginkgo season (November 15 – December 15), and other major event periods.
• The above periods are subject to flexible adjustment based on annual market conditions. Once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, it cannot be modified or canceled. If a cancellation is requested, 100% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Special Note

• If you are unable to check in due to force majeure and need to cancel your booking, you may provide supporting documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and apply to the hotel for cancellation.
