- All benefits require advance reservation of at least 24 hours and must be used during the stay.

- Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

- Breakfast is CNY 216 Net per person per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date: free cancellation with no fees.
- Cancellation requests made between 7 and 15 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests made within 7 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy for Holidays and Special Periods
- Statutory holidays: National Day holiday, Chinese New Year, Labor Day holiday. Fixed special periods: Summer season (July 15 – August 20), Ginkgo season (November 15 – December 15), and other major event periods.
- The above periods are subject to flexible adjustment based on annual market conditions. Once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, it cannot be modified or canceled. If a cancellation is requested, 100% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Special Note
- If you are unable to check in due to force majeure and need to cancel your booking, you may provide supporting documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and apply to the hotel for cancellation.
