Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charge 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.
Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax of 10,000 JPY will be applied per person per night, subject to change without notice. This tax is to be paid by guests directly at the hotel.
Children Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments
- Children 11 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices, except for kid’s menu
- Children 12 years old or older are considered adults
