- Bookings over 31 December 2025 are subject to obligatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner at a supplement of AED 3,500 per adult and AED 1,750 per child.
- Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Savings are available at Banyan Tree managed restaurants (excluding in-room dining).
- Children under 12 years old are eligible for complimentary lunch or dinner from the kids’ menu at designated outlets, when accompanied by a paying adult dining from the regular menu.
- Spa credit is offered as AED 150 per person, per stay. Applicable only for 60-minute treatments and above, and not applicable to The Rainforest Experience.
