More than one decade ago, our founders came to Central Vietnam and were pioneers in developing Vietnam’s first world-class integrated resort in Lang Co Bay, which was an unknown destination on the world map of luxurious travel by that time.

Saffron in Lang Co Bay is one of the first Thai restaurants in Vietnam to be awarded the highest ranking in the ThaiSelect program, a mark of certification granted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Royal Thai Government to guarantee the authentic Thai taste of Thai restaurants around the world.
A ThaiSelect Signature Award-winning restaurant is described as: “the distinguished Thai restaurants that offer Thai food with authentic taste and excellent service. Adorned with traditional Thai or contemporary decorations, these restaurants portray an exquisite image or the uniqueness of Thai cuisine, inspiring a sense of pride among diners.
