General Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Vietnam dong
- Non-consumed service will not be reimbursed.
- Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax. From 1 June 2025, 10% Government Tax apply.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- No pets are allowed.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers who are below 5 years old, accompanied by adults, can dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot with our compliments (applicable for infants below 4 years old). Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children (from 6 to 11 years old) can share the existing beds with their parents. Maximum 1 child per room, with an additional charge of USD 17.5++ per night including breakfast.
Extra Bed Policy
- Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults, extra fee will be applied at USD86++ per bed per day inclusive of breakfast.
- Extra child/adult during the booking process is not included in the room rate and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
Guarantee Policy
- Guaranteed with Credit Card. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
