Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Non-consumed services will not be reimbursed.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- No pets are allowed.
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented upon check-in for verification.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
Child and Extra Bed Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 6 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot with our compliments (applicable to infant below 4 years old). Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children 6 to 11 years, can share the existing bedding with their parents. Maximum 1 child per room, with an additional charge of USD17.5++/child/night inclusive of breakfast OR USD 43++/child/night inclusive of daily breakfast and an extra bed.
- Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults, extra fee will be applied at USD86++ per bed per day inclusive of breakfast.
- Extra child/adult during the booking process is not included in the room rate and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
Saffron Restaurant Dress code
Saffron is our Thai Signature Restarant. Please take note of the restaurant dress code: Smart Casual (No flip flops, athletic apparel, torn clothing, all kinds of shorts and hot pants are not allowed).
