Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 8% Service Charge on a per room per night basis.
- Hotel guests are subject to the Malaysian Tourism Tax of MYR10 nett per room per night in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents holding MyPR cards are exempted upon presentation of the ID card upon check-in.
- Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is up to 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Early check-in form 1000 hours to 1400 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1600 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Guest who has prepaid for the room must present the same credit card used to make the booking upon check-in.
- Extra person charge; extra bed with breakfast is MYR 228.00 nett. Price is per person per night. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
- Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
- No pets are allowed.
- No durians are allowed to be consumed in the hotel’s public area or guestroom.
- The Hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the room; instead to use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of MYR 1,000+ per night. Should guests be found smoking or have smoked in non-smoking areas, a separate cleaning fees shall be imposed.
Deposit Policy
- For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Credit card guarantee is required.
- For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates ) – Full payment is required upon reservations.
Child Policy
- Children aged 5 years and below, when accompanied by an adult, may stay using existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability. Complimentary breakfast and dinner buffet are included.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years are chargeable. Breakfast and dinner buffet will be billed at the applicable children’s rate. Extra beds may be provided upon request and will incur an additional charge.
