Full Moon Ritual

The Full Moon Ritual is a guided wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down and reclaim your balance. Inspired by the natural rhythm of the moon, each gathering brings together breath, movement, and sound to restore calm, reconnect with self, and create space for quiet reflection.

Arrival & Settling

Guests are welcomed with a warm, local herbal tea and are introduced with the purpose and concept of the ritual with an invitation to reconnect with the inner thoughts, intentions, and awareness. This intentional arrival ritual helps ground the body, calm the mind; and open the space for transformation, clarity and inner exploration.

Grounding

A gentle walking meditation experience designed for guests to connect directly with the earth, awakening the senses and deepening presence with each step. This practice invites a return to simplicity creating a rooted foundation for clarity, balance and inner awareness.

Embodied Practice

A guided breathwork practice that invites guests to reconnect with the natural rhythm of your breath. As awareness deepens, subtle sensations within the body begin to unfold, creating a gentle pathway into presence. Through conscious breathing, guests are able to allow the mind to settle and the body to awaken.

Integration & Closing

A return inward to reflect on the experience, acknowledge what has unfolded and honour it with gratitude. As the practice comes to a close, guests are guided to integrate their insights, allowing a sense of completion to settle and connect naturally to the self.
