• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per suite/villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 8.7% government tax and buffet breakfast.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Our one-bedroom suites have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (aged 4-12). Any requests to accommodate additional children are subject to hotel management’s discretion and additional charges may apply.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking as per our cancellation policy; however, it requires the passport number of the cardholder. The valid credit card used to guarantee the booking must be presented upon check-in. A credit card from a third person is not permitted.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• A compulsory gala dinner on 31 December for two adults per one bedroom is included in the room rate.
• Extra person charge for gala dinner on 31 December is THB 18,500 nett per adult and THB 9,250 nett per child, ages 4 to 12 years old.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 4,000 per person per night, inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years old, accompanying adults, can stay on sofa in living room prepared as a bed or in a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years old, accompanying adults, can stay on sofa in room prepared as a bed with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for the kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
• Children 13 years old and above are considered as an adult and extra person charge applies.

Other Information

• Airport transfer from Krabi International Airport is available at THB 3,000 nett per vehicle per way for a Luxury Van with a maximum of 5 passengers. Rate is inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Kindly note that Banyan Tree Krabi was constructed in a manner to highlight the unique cultural elements of Krabi as well as to showcase the scenic views of the Andaman Sea. Due to the unique architectural style of the elevated rooms along our tiered hillside and in the interest of safety for children below 12 years of age, we simply ask for a signature on our disclaimer form to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone.
