Roberta Woodworth is a writer, speaker, creator and host of Libre&Loca, a podcast devoted to what she calls “universal intimate experiences”, the things many of us feel, yet do not always know how to name. Fernanda Martín is a radio host and digital creator whose career spans radio, social media and podcasting. She is part of Seis de Copas, a podcast and live format centered on friendship and the realities of being a woman today, and is also associated with Xtralindas.

She is also Co-founder and CEO of RAW Talent, focused on Gen Z creators across Latin America, and Co-founder of Adulting. Her experience at the intersection of corporate leadership and entrepreneurship brings a distinct perspective on ambition, growth and defining success beyond a single title

Liliana Olivares brings more than 16 years of experience in business administration and finance. She is the founder of ADULTING, a financial consultancy created to make personal finance more accessible to younger generations, now serving more than 75,000 clients across eight countries.

Recognized by CONDUSEF and featured in national and international media, Liliana was named one of Expansión’s 30 Promises in Business in 2023. She is also co-host of the podcast Maldita Pobreza and host of La Plática Incómoda, and has taken part in more than 100 conferences on finance, female entrepreneurship and leadership.

Yoga teacher and women’s wellbeing facilitator

With 18 years of personal practice and 16 years of teaching experience, Susana Retana has founded and led yoga studios, wellness spaces, retreats, workshops and community gatherings in Mexico and abroad. Her approach weaves together yoga, ancestral wisdom, ritual, feminine cycles and mindful reflection.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with renowned teachers and leading yoga platforms in Mexico, including Wanderlust and Encuentro Nacional de Yoga. She has also facilitated international retreats and appeared alongside Xuan Lan in the documentary Reset.
