Live music from 7pm to 9pm and a children’s craft corner bring the evening’s celebrations to life.

Little Star’s Countdown

Share the excitement of New Year’s Eve with a special countdown at 9pm, so little ones can join the occasion without waiting until midnight. Continue your dinner until 9.30pm and enjoy more time together.

The evening includes entry into a lucky draw for a chance to win a one-night Treehouse stay, a one-night Family Room stay or bottles of Champagne.

Toast to New Beginnings at Forage

Welcome the New Year with Forage’s exquisite seven-course menu, where harvest-to-table philosophy finds elegant expression in prawn cocktail with creamy avocado, silky chestnut-cardamom chawanmushi, and delicate king salmon in crisp pastry with vermouth sauce.

Savour citrus-glazed French duck with brown butter parsnip purée and sumptuous Wagyu striploin with foie gras and rich Madeira sauce, before the finale of Paris-Brest choux pastry with warm spices, raspberry, vanilla and roselle from our edible garden.

Linger with live acoustic music and an optional wine pairing for an intimate, indulgent toast to new beginnings.
