General Terms and Conditions

Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
Rate does not apply to group bookings.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and Check-out time is up to 12:00 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
Late check-out from 15:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out from 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
This offer is valid for Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and individuals residing in Singapore with a valid residency pass/work permit.
A valid physical Singapore identification card, a valid residency pass/work permit or proof of residence must be presented upon check-in.
Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

The hotel adopts a no pets policy
The Resort respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke the in rooms and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night

Once the visit date is confirmed, no amendments will be allowed.
Pre-selected Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon check-in.
Admission ticket to the selected park is for one-time entry per hotel confirmation.
Participants must comply with Park Admission Terms & Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
