RAINFOREST FESTIVAL​

The festival will take place at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, located within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve at 60 Mandai Lake Road, Singapore 729979.

The festival is a rain or shine event. In case of bad weather or unforeseen operational conditions, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or adjust the individual activity schedules.

General admission tickets are available for purchase here.

• General Admission – Weekday: S$10 per person
• General Admission – Weekend: S$15 per person
• Children under the age of four with an accompanying adult (ticket holder) do not need a ticket to enter.
• Admission is free for in-house resort guests and participants of the paid experiences offered on the ticketing site.

Each festival ticket includes:

• Entry to the Rainforest Festival grounds on the selected day.
• Access to Discovery Trails, interactive installations, artisanal showcases & refreshments.
• Same-day complimentary add-on wellbeing, nature, and family activities, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Activity sessions will be released progressively to ticket holders via email. Activity sessions are limited, and subject to availability, eligible ticket holders may book a maximum of one activity per ticket.
• Weekend tickets include additional access to GREEN-HOUSE HangOut and Festival Stage performances.

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a ticket purchase confirmation email. A digital pass with your ticket details will be sent to you via email closer to the event date.

Present your digital pass at the Rainforest Festival registration counter at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree in exchange for a wrist tag. A valid wrist tag must be worn to enjoy all complimentary festival experiences. Admission to the festival is free for children under the age of four with an accompanying adult (ticket holder).

• All festival tickets are non-refundable, as ticket proceeds are donated and matched dollar-for-dollar by Banyan Group in support of the President’s Challenge.

• All festival tickets are non-exchangeable for a different entry date.

• Festival tickets may be transferred or gifted at the ticketholder’s discretion. Entry to the festival will be granted upon presentation of your digital pass with a valid ticket. Once a ticket has been validated, it cannot be used again. The organiser will not be responsible for issues arising from the transfer of tickets between parties.

Walk-ins are subject to venue capacity and ticket availability on the day. Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended. General admission tickets are available for purchase here.

Complimentary add-on sessions include yoga & wellbeing classes, spa craft workshops, guided nature walks and Rangers’ Club activities.

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with a booking link closer to the event date. Activity sessions will be released for advance booking progressively, on a first-come, first-served basis. Activity sessions are limited, and subject to availability, eligible ticket holders may book a maximum of one activity per ticket.

In case of bad weather or unforeseen operational conditions, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or adjust the individual activity schedule, and attendees of the specific activity will be notified on site.

After making your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email. A digital pass with details of your booking and free same-day festival ticket will be sent to you via email closer to the event date.

• All bookings for paid experiences are non-refundable, as part of proceeds are donated to the President’s Challenge.

• All bookings for paid experiences are non-exchangeable for a different date or time once confirmed.

• Activity booking slots may be transferred or gifted at the ticketholder’s discretion. Bookings will be validated upon presentation of your digital pass and cannot be re-used. The organiser will not be responsible for issues arising from the transfer of booking slots between parties.

All festival ticket proceeds are donated and matched dollar-for-dollar by Banyan Group in support of the President’s Challenge – benefitting 60 programmes across 52 local charities and social service organisations.

20% of proceeds from paid experiences offered by Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree and Mandai Wildlife Reserve are also donated by the organisers to the President’s Challenge.
