A Gentle Flow with Ashtanga Vinyasa is a softened, more accessible interpretation of the traditional Ashtanga practice. It preserves the essence of breath-led movement (vinyasa) and mindful sequencing, while removing the intensity and rigidity of the classical series.


In this style, postures are linked smoothly with the breath, creating a continuous, meditative flow. Movements are slower and more intentional, allowing time for proper alignment, modifications, and nervous system regulation. Rather than strict adherence to the full Ashtanga sequence, poses are thoughtfully adapted to suit all levels, making the practice nurturing rather than demanding, to build strength, flexibility, and stability without strain.

A gentle, calming practice combining slow, restorative movements with mindful breathing. Designed to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and quiet the mind; this session promotes deep relaxation, improved circulation, and a lasting sense of ease and balance.


This practice is ideal for all levels, especially those experiencing stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or recovering from physical tension. It supports better sleep, mental clarity, and an overall sense of ease, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.

A gentle yet effective healing practice designed to release stiffness in commonly troubled areas such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Through patient, attentive movements and deep releases, this therapy restores joint mobility, frees connective tissues, and supports healthy circulation.

With over two decades of experience, Yuttana Poncharoen (Jimmy) is a pioneer of modern yoga education in Thailand and is well renowned for his refined teaching style that seamlessly blends traditional wisdom with contemporary movement.


His yoga journey began in 1999 in Bangkok, under the guidance of the highly respected Ajaan Jullawat (Guru Wat), a master trained in the ancient traditions of India, Nepal and Tibet. Following an intensive year-long teacher training, Jimmy devoted himself fully to yoga and began his professional teaching career in 2000.

Jimmy has continued to deepen his practice internationally, completing his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kuala Lumpur and studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with globally-revered masters including David Swenson, Saraswathi Jois and Sri R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. His ongoing education through international workshops and conferences reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence.


As the first Thai yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT) and an International Registered Yoga Teacher (IRYT) with the International Yoga Federation, Jimmy currently serves as Secretary of the International Yoga Federation Thailand. He is also the Director at Fitness Innovations Thailand and Senior Yoga Teacher at Yoga & Me studio in Bangkok.


Jimmy’s teaching is known for its precision, depth, and transformative quality. He continues to share his expertise through exclusive classes, workshops and teacher trainings at premier fitness clubs, luxury wellness spaces, and yoga studios around Thailand.
