• This offer is open for bookings until December 31st, 2026 and valid for stays until December 31st, 2026.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 8% Value Added Tax, 5% Accommodation Tax, and 15% Service Charge applied to the total amount of applicable charges, which are subject to change according to local law.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is at noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late checkout from 12:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. will incur a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day, and late checkout after 6:00 p.m. will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be canceled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted or if payment is declined.
• The extra person charge is USD 100 per person per night, subject to 8% Value Added Tax, 5% Accommodation Tax, and 15% Service Charge.
• Guests who have prepaid for the room must present the same credit card used to make the booking upon check-in.

Cancellation policy:

• Reservation requires full non-refundable prepayment.
• Non-cancellable.
• In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged
• In case of a No-Show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
