Yes, all our villas include a private pool, maintained at a comfortable temperature, with heating available upon request.

Are children welcome at the resort?

Yes. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that the resort does not offer dedicated children’s facilities.

Are baby cots available at the resort?

Yes. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability, free of charge. Please let our team know in advance by contacting reservations-ValleGuadalupe@banyantree.com

Are pets allowed in the villas?

Yes. At Banyan Tree Veya, we warmly welcome your four-legged companions. Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted at the resort. We allow one pet per villa, with additional pets subject to prior authorization. A USD 100 fee per pet, per stay applies, which includes a comfortable pet bed and water bowls for your pet’s comfort. Are there any villas suited for families?

Yes. We offer family-friendly options, including the Serenity Pool Suite Two Bedroom, ideal for up to 6 guests, and the Winemaker’s Three Bedroom Pool Villa, our largest accommodation with a private pool and panoramic views, perfect for families or groups seeking extra space and comfort.

Do you allow smoking in the villas or resort facilities?

No. We do not offer smoking villas, and smoking is not permitted in any resort facilities. We appreciate your understanding.

How can I recover an item I may have left at the hotel?

Yes. Please contact us at guestservices-vdg@banyantree.com, and we will make every effort to locate and return your item.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated based on Villa availability. Subject to additional charge.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
