Cancellation and Guarantee Policies

• A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival or forfeit one night’s accommodation plus applicable charges.
• In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• In case of a No-Show, one night penalty applies.
