Valid only for admission to Singapore Zoo; not applicable to other parks within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve.

Limited to two (2) Singapore Zoo admission tickets per stay, regardless of the number of occupants.

Tickets will be issued for collection upon check-in.

Participants must comply with the

Park Admission Terms & Conditions for their own safety and the quiet enjoyment of others.

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash, resort credits, or other items.

Promotion applies exclusively to Free Independent Traveller (FIT) bookings made directly through the official hotel websites: mandai.com or banyantree.com. Not applicable to corporate, wholesale, or group bookings.

Consecutive or back-to-back bookings made under the same guest’s name or in association with the same party (e.g. using different names for the same room occupants) will be treated as a single stay and will not be eligible for multiple ticket entitlements.

The resort reserves the right to audit bookings and revoke ticket entitlements in cases of suspected abuse.

Any changes required for any bookings are subject to the hotel's discretion.
