Specific Terms and Conditions

• Destination Pass is only valid for 5 days upon issuance of tickets.
• The 5-Park Destination Pass is valid for 5 days from the hotel check-in date and allows one-time entry to each of the following parks: Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, River Wonders, Rainforest Wild ASIA, and Night Safari.
• Mandai Wildlife Experiences are included in the package. To participate, the 5-Park Destination Pass is required for entry to the respective parks. The ticket will be considered as a one-time use upon entry to each park.
• Breakfast in the Wild will be on the second day of stay by default. It operates from 9am to 10.30am and is available on a first come first serve basis with no preferential seating. For more details, please refer here.
• Participants must comply with Park Admission Terms & Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
• Hotel reserves the right to (i) amend, alter, supplement, or vary these Terms and Conditions, (ii) change any block-out dates, and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability and validity of the offer and inclusions at any time and from time to time without prior notice to the Guest.
• SGD50 nett resort credits per room per stay. Not applicable for alcoholic beverages. Credits are not convertible to cash or voucher.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
• Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
• Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
• Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
• The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
• The hotel respectfully requests that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
