Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• This offer is open for bookings from 15 April 2026 till 12 September 2026
• This offer is valid for stays 24 April 2026 – 12 September 2026
• A minimum stay of 01 night is required for this offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.

Admission Terms and Conditions ·

• Once the visit date is confirmed, no amendments will be allowed.
• Pre-selected Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon check-in.
• Admission ticket to the selected park is for one-time entry per hotel confirmation.
• Participants must comply with Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue Experience Rules, Park Admission Terms & Conditions and/or any Rules for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and Check-out time is up to 12:00 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
• Late check-out from 15:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
• The hotel adopts a no pets policy
• The Resort respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke the in rooms and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking
• areas. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
