Cruise Selection and Child Terms & Conditions

Apsara Cruise

• Apsara Cruise is available only to guests aged 12 years and above
• Children aged 0–11 years are not permitted to embark on Apsara Cruise
• The complimentary child benefit is not applicable to the Apsara Cruise option
• All guests included in an Apsara Cruise reservation must meet the minimum age requirement
• Guests travelling with children aged 0–11 years must select Saffron Cruise

Saffron Cruise

• The complimentary child benefit is available only with the Saffron Cruise option
• Guests may select one of the following complimentary child arrangements per package:
  • Up to 2 children aged 0–3 years stay free of charge; or
  • 1 child aged 4–11 years stays free of charge and receives a complimentary designated children’s menu aboard Saffron Cruise
• The complimentary menu applies only to the eligible child aged 4–11 years
• Additional dishes, beverages and menu upgrades are not included
• The child benefit applies per room, per stay
• The child benefit is subject to the room’s maximum occupancy, cruise capacity and availability
• Additional children beyond the complimentary entitlement will be charged at the prevailing accommodation, breakfast and dining rates
• The ages and number of accompanying children must be provided at the time of booking

Additional Adult Supplement

For one additional adult sharing the same room:

• Extra bed, including breakfast and Banyan Tree Club benefits: THB 2,200 net per night
• Apsara Cruise dinner: THB 4,000 net per person, food only
• Saffron Cruise dinner: THB 3,600 net per person, food only
• The extra-bed charge and the applicable cruise dining supplement will both apply
• Additional adult accommodation and dining are subject to room capacity and availability

Flexible Check-in Benefits

• Flexible check-in applies to guests who indicate their preferred arrival time when making the reservation
• The benefit is subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel
• Check-out time will follow a 24-hour rolling period; for example, a confirmed check-in at 7:00 am will provide check-out at 7:00 am on the departure date
• The confirmed arrival and departure times will be stated in the booking confirmation
• Additional charges may apply if guests request to extend beyond the confirmed check-out time

Guarantee Policy

• The applicable guarantee requirements will be displayed during the Brand.com booking process
• Guests must comply with the payment and guarantee conditions stated in the booking confirmation
• The original credit card used during booking may be required at check-in for verification

Cancellation Policy
