Blackout dates:

• Unused package benefits are non-refundable and cannot be substituted.
General Terms and Conditions:
• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 15% Service Charge, 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax), which are subject to change according to local law.
• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
• Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation and guarantee policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge $100.00 USD per person per night, subject to 15% Service Charge, 5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax.
Cancellation
• Guarantee to Credit Card. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
• From Oct 01 to Dec 21, 2022: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival or one night of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
• From Dec 22, 2022 to Jan 01, 2023: Free cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
• From Jan 02 to April 22, 2023: Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
• From April 23 to Dec 20, 2023: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
• From December 21, 2023 to Jan 01, 2024: Free cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
