This offer is exclusively for guests aged 60 and above. A valid photo identification, such as NRIC, passport, or government-issued ID, must be presented upon check-in for verification.
Resort Credits Terms and Conditions
- The resort credit is not applicable to room charges.
- The resort credit is limited to one SG$100 nett per stay, regardless of the number of occupants.
- Consecutive or back-to-back bookings made under the same guest’s name or in association with the same party (e.g. using different names for the same room occupants) will be considered a single stay and are not eligible for multiple credits.
- The resort reserves the right to audit bookings and reserve resort credits in cases of suspected abuse.
- Other terms and conditions apply. The hotel reserves the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.

- Any changes required for any bookings are subject to hotel's discretion.
Banyan Tree Spa:
- The resort credit is non-transferable and must be used by the registered guest during their stay.
- The resort credit can be applied on a-la-carte spa treatments only.
- The credit is not valid for Banyan Tree Gallery retail products or packages.
- A minimum booking of 45 minutes for a massage is required for redemption.

General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
- All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Rate does not apply to group bookings.
- Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
- Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
- Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
- Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
- The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
- The hotel respectfully requests that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas instead. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
